Try your product for up to 30 days. If it isn't the right fit, you can return it for a refund of the product purchase price, even if you've opened and tried it.

How it works

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know you'd like to make a return under The Lupin Isle Guarantee. We'll provide the next steps for returning your product.

Once your return is received, we'll refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.

A few details

The Lupin Isle Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from Lupin Isle Beauty Co. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because the guarantee is meant to give you time to genuinely try a product, we ask that returned products not be empty or substantially used beyond a reasonable 30-day trial.

Products purchased from one of our retail partners are subject to that retailer's return policy.
